The Monthly and Daily Progress Reports include a summary and brief of an employee’s and department’s specific work or a plan’s progress status. Given that government departments have offices & branches located in different regions spread across the state of Uttar Pradesh & monitoring & analyzing the progress of the employees’ assigned work, there is an utmost requirement of prompt analysis. Hence the requirement of an MPR and DPR.
The basic task of the MPR/DPR is to provide a consolidated information and progress report for the entire region and to communicate this report to the state HQ. It is designed to provide various reports to observe scheme wise formats of any department’s at a glance. The system will eventually assist departments to easily recall information of different sections on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly frequency will further help in employee appraisals.
